Most Emergency Managers, when considering canned foods, think of traditional canned meats found in grocery stores or sold by companies like USFoods/Sysco, which typically offer an inferior product with a shelf life of only 1-2 years. These products are often prepared using a 'large batch' method that can diminish both shelf life and taste.
Our approach is different. We utilize a small-batch cooking method; raw-packing individual cans before high-pressure steam cooking the meat inside can. This process not only extends the shelf life to 5 years or more but also ensures superior texture and flavor. We source all-natural meats from U.S. farmers, delivering products that are free of additives or preservatives. Our meats contain only two ingredients: the meat itself and a pinch of sea salt—that’s it.
